A light weave jacket (perhaps 350gsm), Black with slightly shorter sleeves than a normal Gi.
The reason for the shorter sleeves is to prevent the tsuka of the sword becoming caught by the sleeve during drawing or sword handling allowing a smooth untinterupted cut.
