Returns and Cancellation Policy

Action Martial Arts Supplies Ltd will adhere to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other consumer legislation to fully protect it’s valued customers and to ensure clients are provided with adequate confidence in our products and services.

The onus is on the purchaser to make the correct selection.

We ask that due care is taken when browsing our products to ensure the correct selection is made for the intended purpose.
Product Information is provided on the sales page to assist buyers to buy the right product. Product care instructions shown on this website should be read to allow uniforms and weapons to give long service to the customer.

Inspect on arrival

All products should be inspected immediately upon receipt to ensure they have been supplied exactly as ordered and products are of a suitable quality for the intended use. If retained at this point it is assumed the customer accepts the goods as being suitable for the intended purpose in their opinion (we have no control over the intended purpose).

Our Error

If the wrong product has been supplied (not as ordered), or if a manufacturing fault is identified they should be returned, freight prepaid, to Action Martial Arts Supplies Ltd in original packaging and unused. In such instance either a credit will be issued or the product replaced at the discretion of Action Martial Arts Supplies Ltd at no additional cost to the buyer. We will pay re-issuing freight.

Customer error

Where there is no fault on the part of Action Martial Arts Supplies Ltd, but where there is a product selection error by the customer, a product will be accepted for replacement (providing it is unused and in resalable condition) with a 20% restocking fee to cover administration and handling/re-supply cost.

Manufacturer Error

In the  event of a manufacturing or quality fault, the product should be returned to Action Martial Arts Supplies Ltd, freight prepaid, for inspection to determine the cause of the fault. Where there is a recognised manufacturing fault the purchase price of the article will be refunded without delay or the amount already paid can be offset against another product selected by the customer.

We endeavour to supply quality goods correctly. Errors are expensive for both ourselves and our valued customers so every effort is made to do things right.

Cancelled orders

An order is a legal and binding contract between the parties and once ordered the items ordered are deemed to be sold. We will accept cancellation of an order before value is added – that is prior to packing or dispatch. If it has been packed a $10 cancellation charge may apply reflecting the cost incurred. Once dispatched the item may be returned for replacement subject to clauses listed above.
