White lightweight 7.5oz & 8.5oz Karate

Action White Standard-weight Karate Gis are manufactured to the highest specifications from 7.5 oz and 8.5oz Bleached Cotton fabric. They are designed for a long life under normal training of Kata, Kumite, Forms Solo and Partner practice. Where grappling is anticipated we recommend that a heavier grade of fabric is used – please see the “Heavyweight” uniforms under this section. Care instructions – Cold wash and cold dry to minimise shrinkage. Air completely after training to allow perspiration to evaporate and thereby prolonging uniform life.
These uniforms are also attractive to many forms of TKD and to Aikido training, particularly for children and for cooler training in summer.
These lighter weight uniforms are supplied with a belt.
